Appears to be older yellowish Bear's Head Tooth (Hericium americanum). Similar to Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), although the Bear's Head Tooth has much shorter teeth. In addition to teeth length, the overall shape and distribution is much less centralized and spherical like that of a Lion's Mane.
